San Francisco's Dear Inga

Dear Inga contacted us to help them salvage some vintage school chairs that they inherited. The chairs where in pretty bad shape and we cherished the opportunity to bring them back to life. We stripped them down to just the frames and built them back up one at a time. We built molds to match the old seats and backrests.  From there we laminated all new seats and backrests out of maple and replaced the hardware. To compliment the vintage chairs we made our barstool design in 3 different heights throughout the space. We had the frames galvanized and glued up solid maple rounds for the seats. Thank you to Dear Inga and Seth Boor (architect) for having us on such a rewarding project.
